Bell Pepper Chicken Fried Rice

Prepare ingredients: a bowl of leftover rice, an egg, chicken and bell peppers, all diced for later use.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pan, fry the eggs first, smash some with a spatula, and set aside.

Leave the oil in the pan, add the diced chicken and stir fry until the color turns white.

Then add diced colored peppers, pour in some light soy sauce, a little salt, and stir-fry evenly.

Pour in rice and stir well.

Tips:
1. Don't put too much salt in the fried rice, please master the amount.
