Bell Pepper Shredded Pork

Raw materials are processed, pork shreds and appropriate amount of water starch.

When the pot is hot, add cooking oil, add pork shreds under cold oil, and stir-fry pork shreds over high heat until they are broken.

Add the bean paste, continue to stir fry and mix well, pour in the bell pepper.

Stir-fry until the bell peppers are softened, add green onion, ginger, garlic, and some salt.

Stir fry and serve.
