Big Broth Wanton

Wash the choy sum and set aside.
Wash the pork and chop it into minced meat.
After heating the beef stick bone stock, season with a little salt and set aside.

After the minced meat is chopped, put it in the pot and add an egg white.

Take a piece of wonton wrapper and put a small tuft of meat in the middle.
