Big Cold Noodles

Prepare various ingredients. The sauced beef, spicy cabbage, and chili oil are all prepared in advance.

Adjust the refrigerated noodle soup. Mix the boiled beef soup, purified water, Sprite, white vinegar, sugar, salt, and seafood soy sauce according to your favorite taste, and put it in the refrigerator. I personally like sweet and sour flavors, so I put more sugar and vinegar.

Before making preparations, put the cold noodles you bought in a basin and soak them in water. After about an hour, rub the cold noodles together by hand. Boil the water, put the soaked cold noodles in the pot and cook for one minute, quickly remove them, and rinse them with cold water three to four times to wash away the mucus on the cold noodles.
