The beautiful neighbor sent a few packs of cured Jinhua ham, and one pack happened to leak out of vacuum, so let’s use it to make claypot rice~

Big Ham Claypot Rice

1. Wash the rice and soak it for half an hour in advance.

2. Brush the casserole with a thin layer of oil. Put in the soaked rice, add appropriate amount of water, about 0.5-1 cm higher than the rice, and place it on the base of the electric casserole. Select Claypot Rice, start the confirm button, and it's all right.

3. Punch the ham.

4. Cut into thin slices of uniform thickness.

5. Wash the vegetables and soak them in advance.

6. Shred the green onion and ginger.

7. Juice: light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, salt, sesame oil, cold boiled water.

8. The program ends, and there is no soup on the surface of the rice.

9. Put ginger and ham on top.

10. Beat two eggs in.

11. Put the greens aside.

12. Cover the pot and continue simmering.

13. The ham is well cooked and the eggs are formed, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and evenly pour the soup.

Tips:

2. Sooty smokers should fall a little bit less.
3. Please put the quantity of vegetables and meat freely.
