Binaural Edamame

Wash and cut fresh red pepper into large cubes, set aside

Wash edamame and garlic cloves for use
3.
Sit in a pot, stir the edamame until it changes color and set aside

The pot does not need to be cleaned, add water

With salt

Pour black fungus and white fungus, cover, and simmer over medium and small fire

When the water is almost dry, add eight mature edamame and red pepper, stir fry over medium heat until the edamame is cooked through

Turn off the heat and sprinkle some MSG

Serve
Tips:
The edamame is ready when it's cooked, don't fry for too long, otherwise it will neither taste nor appeal
