Biscuits with Pretzel Sauce

Dissolve sugar and yeast powder in warm water and let stand for 5 minutes

Pour the yeast water into the flour and stir it into a flocculent

Knead the smooth dough for 5 minutes

Add 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil

Then knead it into a smooth dough

Put the sesame seeds in a pan, fry until they are five mature, let cool and set aside

Mix 2 tablespoons of sesame sauce, add 1/2 tablespoon of vegetable oil, 1/2 tablespoon of salt and pepper and 1/2 teaspoon of table salt.

Roll out the good dough into dough

Spread the sesame sauce evenly

Stretch and roll into a long strip

Divide into small doses of uniform size

Take a small dose and close the ends to the bottom

Put the mouth down and make all the small doses in turn

Apply a layer of water with a brush

Dip sesame seeds on the surface, put it in a baking tray, and gently flatten it
