Soak the dried fungus in warm water in advance and tear them into small flowers

Cabbage help with a blade into slices

Scallions, chopped green onions, garlic slices, minced ginger

Add oil to the pot and heat up, add green onion, ginger, garlic and dried chili until fragrant

Add the cabbage slices and stir-fry on high heat until the cabbage slices become soft

Add the fungus, salt, vinegar, and soy sauce until the fungus is cooked.
