Black Bagel

Add water, black sesame paste, sugar and salt to the bread bucket.

Add flour and yeast on top of flour. Choose the dough mixing program of Dongling bread machine for 10 minutes.

After kneading the dough, let it stand for 10 minutes, add butter, and continue to select the kneading program for 15 minutes.

Divide the dough into 5 equal parts, roll round, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 10 minutes.

Roll the loosened dough into an oval shape.

After turning it over, fold it in half at one third, and then fold it in half to make a strip.

Press tightly on the cuff.

Knead it into a long strip of about 25cm, and squeeze one end with a rolling pin.

Place the other end on the flattening place, wrap it up, close it, and pinch it tightly.

Place a bowl of hot water in the oven, adjust the temperature to 30 degrees, and put the bread dough in the Dongling oven to ferment for 30 minutes.

Put 50 grams of sugar for cooking bagels into a pot with 1000 grams of water and boil. Lift the oil paper, put the bagels in the pot and cook for 20 seconds on each side. Pick up the bagels with a sieve, drain the water, and place them on a baking tray.

Put it in a Dongling oven preheated to 200 degrees in advance, middle layer, and bake for 20 minutes.
Tips:
1. The closing part must be pinched tightly, otherwise it will be disconnected during the production process.
2. Use oil paper to pad the fermented dough. When cooking with sugar water, you can pick up the oil paper without touching the bagels directly to prevent deformation.
