Black-bone Chicken and Red Dates Soup
1.
Half a black-bone chicken, chop into chunks, rinse with clean water a few times and put it into the pot with cold water, add a few slices of ginger, boil, remove and rinse.
2.
Pour the black-bone chicken pieces into the pot (any pot that can cook the soup), then add a few slices of ginger, a few washed red dates, add water that has not covered the chicken pieces, add a little salt, and start to stew. I used a rice cooker and it simmered for about an hour
3.
After the stew is finished, taste the saltiness first, and decide whether to add salt according to personal taste. Because the stewed chicken soup itself is fresh, so according to personal decision whether to add chicken essence, I will add a little bit each time to improve the freshness. I like green onions, so put the freshly simmered soup in a small bowl and I will add a little chopped green onions.
4.
Very tonic and delicious soup
