Black-bone Chicken Ganoderma Soup

Wash black-bone chicken and cut into large pieces.

Wash all kinds of auxiliary materials and set aside (forgot to buy barley, temporarily use black beans instead of barley).

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot to boil, add black-bone chicken pieces, and blanch to remove any foam.

Take a large casserole for boiling soup, boil in appropriate amount of water, add black-bone chicken and various auxiliary materials.

Cover tightly and bring it to a boil, then turn it into a low-fire boil for 45 minutes.

When boiling for 40 minutes, add seasoning, salt and pepper to turn on and off the heat.

Finished product.
Tips:
I forgot to buy barley, and temporarily replaced barley with black beans. Black beans also have the effect of replenishing the body, replenishing qi and nourishing blood.
