Black Pepper Chicken Breast

Crush the onion, garlic cloves, and small red pepper in a food processor.

Add all the seasonings and mix well.

Cut the chicken breast into finger-thick slices and pat loosely with the back of a knife.
4.
Add the seasoning to marinate for about half an hour, then put an appropriate amount of butter in a non-stick pan and fry for three minutes.
5.
Very tender.
