Black Pepper Diced Beef
1.
Ingredients are ready
2.
Wash the beef, pat it loose with the back of a knife, and then cut it to the size you like against the texture
3.
Pour in some light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, sesame oil, salt, cornstarch and mix well
4.
Sprinkle some freshly ground black pepper, mix well and put in the refrigerator to marinate overnight (if there is not enough time, marinate for more than 2 hours)
5.
Diced green red pepper and onion
6.
Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pan, heat it up, add onions and stir fry for a nice flavor
7.
Then pour the marinated beef with the soup and stir fry
8.
Stir-fry until the beef is broken and add green and red pepper
9.
Stir-fry for ten seconds and then sprinkle some black pepper to get out of the pan
Tips:
The beef doesn't need to be fried for too long. It can be fried for a little more than ten seconds after it is cut off, otherwise it will get old and the taste will not be smooth and tender.
