Black Pepper Pasta

Bring water to a boil in the pot, add the pasta, cook for about 10 minutes until the noodles are cooked through without any dry cores, remove the cold water, drain the water and set aside

Shred the shallots, prepare green beans, corn and carrots

Heat oil in a pot, add shredded shallots and fry until fragrant, add green beans, corn and carrots and stir fry

Add the soy sauce and stir-fry evenly, and fry the green beans and corn.

Add the pasta to the stir fry, add an appropriate amount of soy sauce again, and mix well with the pasta

Add black pepper, stir fry over high heat

Finally add black pepper juice, mix well and stir for 1 minute, turn off the heat
