Black Sesame Glutinous Rice Toast

The soup ingredients are mixed evenly, heated on a low fire until thick and then cooled off the fire. Put the water, egg liquid, black sesame paste, and soup seeds into the Dongling bread bucket, and put sugar and salt diagonally.

Add glutinous rice flour.

Add flour and yeast.

Select Dongling bread machine's kneading function for 10 minutes.

Add butter and continue mixing for 18 minutes.

The reconciled dough is left in the bread machine and fermented for 40 minutes.

The fermented dough is taken out and vented, divided into 3 equal parts, rounded, and covered with plastic wrap to relax for 15 minutes.

Roll out into an oval shape and fold in half at one third.

Roll out the long and short sides.

Roll it up from top to bottom and put it in a 450g toast box.

Put the toast box into the oven, put a bowl of hot water underneath, select the 02 fermentation gear of Dongling oven, and leave it for 50 minutes.

Take out the fermented bread dough, preheat the upper tube of the oven to 175 degrees and the lower tube to 180 degrees, and bake for 40 minutes. When the bread is seriously colored, you can cover it with tin foil.
