Eating cold noodles in summer is my favorite. It’s better to have a bowl of cold noodles than sweating. The sauce essence of cold noodles is peanut butter and sesame paste. There are still a few catties of black sesame seeds at home. I want to try making sesame paste by myself. , I made it without any additives and preservatives at least, it looks dark, and the taste is first-rate

Ingredients

Black Sesame Sauce Noodles

1. Prepare noodles and tahini

2. To prepare the side dish for noodles, I used shredded cucumber and capers

3. Prepare sweet vinegar, fresh soy sauce and Shanghai hot soy sauce

4. Use 2 tablespoons of fresh soy sauce

5. Add 1 tablespoon of sweet vinegar and 1 tablespoon of spicy soy sauce to the sesame sauce

6. After mixing well, add a spoon of cold boiled water to adjust the consistency of the sesame sauce

7. After the water in the pot is boiled, add the noodles and add salt

8. After cooking, pick up and mix well with appropriate amount of sesame oil to avoid sticking

9. Add the noodles to the bowl first, then add the sesame sauce and side dishes.

10. Mix well and you can start eating

Tips:

1. It is best to use chewy noodles, so that the taste is better
2. The side dishes of the noodles can be changed according to your liking
3. The cooked noodles must be mixed with sesame oil immediately after they are picked up.
