Cooked chicken breasts (hot or steamed), torn into filaments

Bean sprouts & leeks are boiled, drained and placed on a plate

The seasoning is mixed with a blender

Whisk well (more vinegar will make the sauce thicker), and drizzle before serving.

Tips★ Add chicken breasts with green onion and ginger cooking wine in cold water, cook for 10 minutes (change to low heat after boiling), turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, use chopsticks to select the thickest part to cut off, and the color is completely white. If pink, continue simmering for 5 minutes.
Tips:
★ There are two ways to make chicken shreds smoother and juicy. One is to add 1 teaspoon of water to the seasoning, and the other is to add fat to the chicken shreds (not in the sauce).
★ Chicken breasts can be cooked 2~3 pieces at a time, and refrigerate; blanch some vegetables before dressing.
