Blue Crab Congee

Wash the rice and put it in the pot, put a proper amount of water to boil

Clean the blue crabs and drain the water, chop them into pieces, use cooking wine, marinate with ginger, dice the meat tofu, and prepare the chopped green onion

Tips:
Blue crab, porridge is best to drink, to clear away heat and detoxify, in order not to be so cold, you can add a few more slices of ginger to neutralize it
