Loofah and potatoes are cut with a hob. Potatoes can also be sliced. The slices are easy to cook, but they are also easy to paste. Personally, I prefer to cut into pieces.

Pour the loofah and potatoes over the fire. There are only potatoes on the picture. It’s because the loofah was just stir-fried for 2 times and it was picked up by me. The loofah was burned and it was boiled. I missed the photo that was poured in at the beginning. Sorry.

When the frying is relatively dry, it is almost necessary to cook in the cooking wine and stir fry, and then add water. The potato pieces will cook slowly, so you can add a little more. Add some salt to taste

Then add scylla crab and mushrooms, boil the water, turn to low heat, cover and cook for about 10 minutes.

Take a spoonful of starch before out of the pot and mix thoroughly, add the blue crab soup and mix thoroughly~

Tips:
1. The amount of this pot of vegetables is indeed relatively large, you can reduce the amount appropriately, for example, use one for blue crab. If it is not a coastal city, there may not be many blue crabs sold. You can use swimming crabs instead, also called white crabs. This is generally available, but hairy crabs are not suitable.
2,. The amount of starch in this dish can be added or subtracted appropriately. My starchy soup is not very thick. If you like thick soup, you can add more.
3. It's okay if you don't put mushrooms. I added some because my son likes to eat mushrooms. The ingredients can also be matched according to my preference, but I think potatoes are indispensable. Many people add tofu skins, quail eggs and the like. They are all good~
