Boiled Beef

Cut the beef into 2mm thin slices, add salt, cooking wine, water, egg white, cornstarch, knead and marinate the beef.

Dried chili peppers, peppercorns, sautéed in oil, chopped, bean sprouts, garlic sprouts, celery cut off, and served on a plate.

Stir-fry the watercress, add minced ginger, minced garlic, chili noodles, add water to a boil, boil the beef, and serve.
4.
Pour in the knife-edge chili, minced garlic, shallots, drizzle with hot oil, and sprinkle with coriander.
