Boiled Bullfrog with Sauerkraut

Ingredients: sauerkraut, bullfrog (washed and chopped), ginger slices

Unpack the sauerkraut and place it on the chopping board and cut it for later use.

Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, then put the ginger slices in the saucepan.

Then, add the chopped bullfrogs and add the right amount of cooking wine.

Stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of water and boil until cooked.

Then, add the chopped sauerkraut, turn to a boil, and cook for 2 minutes.

Finally, add the right amount of soy sauce.

Add the right amount of salt.

Saute and stir well, serve.
