Ingredients;
1 chicken, shredded ginger, diced red pepper, garlic, chopped green onion.

Salt, blended oil, monosodium glutamate, cooking wine, white vinegar,
method:
1. Remove hair and viscera of chicken and cut into pieces,
2. Prepare shredded ginger, garlic cloves, and diced pepper.
3. Put oil in a pot and boil, pour in chicken, diced pepper, garlic,
4. Add salt and stir fry evenly, add cooking wine and stir fry to wake up.

6. Cook for about 15 minutes,

Boiled Chicken

1. 1 chicken has hair and internal organs removed,
