Boiled Crab with Tofu and Zucchini in Small Oil

Ingredients: crab (washed), zucchini (washed and sliced)

Remove the cleaned crabs to remove the shells and cut the gills with scissors.

Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, add the cleaned crabs, and add the right amount of cooking wine.
