Boiled Double Mushroom

Wash the white jade mushroom and remove the stem

Wash the crab mushrooms and remove the stems
3.
Boil water in a pot, add a small amount of salt, and blanch the next two mushrooms.

Arrange the mushrooms on a plate and garnish with a tomato rose flower
5.
Add the seasoning to the right amount of cold boiled water, adjust the juice according to your favorite taste
6.
Sprinkle some red pepper diced and drizzle with the sauce
Tips:
Mushrooms don’t need to be boiled for too long. For a better taste, you can boil them and let them cool in the water
