Boiled Duck Legs with Carrots and Zizania

Ingredients: wild water chestnut, carrot (washed and peeled), cured duck leg (washed)

Peel the zizania officinalis and clean it.

Put it on the chopping board and cut into hob blocks, set aside.

Place the carrots on the chopping board and cut them into hob pieces, set aside.

Place the cured duck legs on the chopping board and chop them into pieces.
6.
Put the chopped cured duck legs, the chopped wild rice and carrots into a pot of water and boil for 6 minutes.

Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.
8.
Add the right amount of MSG.
9.
Season to mix and serve.
