Boiled Flower Crab

Ingredients: flower crab (cleaned), minced ginger

Add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce to the ground ginger.

Add 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar.

Add 0.5 tablespoon of sugar.

Mix thoroughly into a dipping sauce.

Put the cleaned crab into the pot.
7.
Next, add three bowls of water.
8.
Bring to the boil until the crab is red and cooked, and serve.

You can enjoy it after serving it out and serving on a plate. . .
