Boiled Mustard

Prepare ingredients.

Sauce: Take a small bowl and add fish sauce.

Release light soy sauce.
4.
Add 60g water and Maggi fresh soy sauce, and mix thoroughly.

Pour the sauce into the pot.

Bring to a boil and add sugar and pepper.
7.
Add sesame oil in a bowl.
8.
Pour the boiling sauce into the sesame oil bowl and set aside.

Pour water in the pot, add salt and sugar to the boil.
10.
Remove the roots of the mustard greens, wash and blanch them in a pot of boiling water.

Boil the mustard greens for a minute and then remove them and put them on a plate. Pour in the sauce (pour slowly along the side of the plate).
12.
Place the green onion and red pepper on the mustard greens, and just drizzle with hot oil.
