Boiled Rice Cakes with Greens and Crabs

Ingredients: crab (washed), green vegetables (washed and cut), rice cake slices

Remove the cleaned crabs to remove the shells and cut the gills with scissors and set aside.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut green vegetables and stir fry.

Then, combine the packed crabs and add appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Stir fry.

Then, add the rice cake slices, add appropriate amount of water and boil until cooked.

Finally, add the right amount of salt.
8.
Stir the seasoning well and serve.
