Boiled Shrimp

Wash the purchased prawns, use a toothpick to insert and pick out the shrimp threads from the middle of the back of the shrimp shell, and place them on the plate for later use.

Bring a pot of boiling water to a boil, add a piece of ginger, add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, pour the prawns after the water is boiled, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Cook the prawns until they become mature, and rinse with cold water to wash off the foam.

Soak the processed prawns in a basin of ice water to make the meat firmer.

Prepare garlic cloves and ginger cubes, smash them with a knife, then mash them into a puree with a garlic mortar, and put them in the small butterfly for use.
