Boiled Shrimp

Prepare all the ingredients.

Clean the prawns, first cut off the head of the prawn gun and prawn whiskers.

Use a toothpick to pick out the shrimp thread. When picking, first cut off the shrimp thread at the head and tail, and then pick out the shrimp thread from the second section.

Chop the ginger and garlic into minced pieces, save a little ginger and cut into slices. Cut the white part of the shallots into sections, the green part of the shallots into chopped green onions, and the small red peppers into circles.

Pour in light soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, add a teaspoon of white sugar, add a little water, and boil until boiling.

Tips:
1. The main ingredient for cooking boiled shrimp is shrimp, you must choose fresh prawns, the taste of chilled shrimp is not so good.
2. The dipping material can be adjusted according to personal taste.
3. When cooking the shrimp, be sure to use a high heat, and cook for 50 seconds to one minute.
