Boiled Squid Whiskers

Prepare ingredients: squid silk, green onion, ginger, coriander

The squid should be washed and cut into sections, the coriander and green onion should be washed and chopped separately

Boil an appropriate amount of water, add a tablespoon of salt and ginger slices

Put the green onions and coriander in a bowl, add chicken powder, pour down and choose soy sauce

After the water boils, pour down the squid whiskers, use chopsticks to spread and blanch them for about 3 minutes

Take a quick rinse with cold water

Wash the pot, heat it up, add some oil to a boil, turn off the heat, pour the chopped green onion and coriander, mix well

Shovel and pour it on top of the squid silk, sprinkle some shredded chili and serve it on the table
Tips:
When handling squid whiskers, clean the area close to the eyes and remove the cartilage and eyes. After the water is boiled, put down the squid beard and blanch it. Pick it up and soak it in cold water for ten seconds to keep the squid beard crisp and delicious. The soy sauce itself is salty enough, so there is no need to add salt when making the dip.
