Boiled Water Spinach

Pluck the leaves of the water spinach and leave the stems. Don’t throw away the leaves. You can do other things. Next, I will send the food of convolvulus leaves.

Boil water in a saucepan, add water spinach, blanch for a minute, and remove it, not for a long time

Tips:
Blanch the water spinach for one minute and remove it. Don’t take it too long. You don’t need to cool it in cold water after blanching.
You don't need condiments such as chicken juice, and you can adjust the soup with your favorite taste.
The leaves of water spinach can be fried separately and served cold.
