Boiled white meat is a specialty of the Northeast. The main ingredients are Northeast sauerkraut and white meat (pork belly cooked to 8 minutes). The authentic method of this dish should also add vermicelli and blood sausage. In the cold winter, a bowl of boiled white meat will make you warm all over. Very delicious specialties.

Boiled White Meat

1. Main ingredients: sauerkraut, white meat

2. First slice the sauerkraut into slices.

3. Then the top knife shreds.

4. Rinse twice with cold water after cutting, dry and set aside.

5. White meat slices.

6. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chopped green onion.

7. Add sauerkraut and stir-fry evenly.

8. Add boiled meat broth (you can also add water). The fire is boiling

9. Cook for about 10 minutes.

10. Add white meat slices. Season with salt.

11. Simmer for another 5 minutes on low heat, add MSG for freshness, and then turn off the heat.

12. Put it out of the pot and put it in a bowl before serving.

Tips:

1. The white meat should be cooked in advance. The method is very simple. Put the pork belly into the pot in cold water, remove the fish from the water, and wash it. Then put water, pork belly, aniseed, green onion and ginger in the pot, boil it and cook it on medium heat for about 10 minutes. After letting cool, you can use it. If you want to cut thin slices of meat and freeze them, the effect is better. The soup can be used to stew.
2. Do not wash sauerkraut with hot water as much as possible. Washing with cold water can ensure the original taste of sauerkraut.
