Bone-bone Sauerkraut

500g stick bone, 300g sauerkraut, green onion ginger.

Put cold water in the pot, put in the stick bones, boil, cook for two minutes to remove the fishy smell.

Remove, rinse, and set aside.

Add water to the pot, add shredded ginger, and put in spare stick bones.

After boiling, simmer on low heat for 90 minutes.

Add sauerkraut and green onions.

After boiling, simmer for 5 minutes.

Season with salt and MSG.
