Braised Bamboo Shoots with Black Fungus and Small Oil Tofu

1. Ingredients: bamboo shoots (cleaned), black fungus (soaked and cleaned), small oil tofu, cinnamon, aniseed

2. Put the washed bamboo shoots on the chopping board and cut them.

3. Pour the oil in the pot to heat up, add the cut bamboo shoots and stir fry.

4. Then, combine the small oil tofu and the washed black fungus and stir fry.
