Stir-fried Carrots with Bamboo Shoots

Ingredients: bamboo shoots (washed), carrots (washed, peeled and sliced).

Put the cleaned bamboo shoots on the chopping board and cut open, set aside.

Put the carrots in a pot of water and blanch for 2-3 minutes to remove.
4.
Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut bamboo shoots and blanched carrots and stir fry.
5.
Then, add the right amount of soy sauce.
6.
Add the right amount of salt.
7.
Add the right amount of sugar.
8.
Stir-fry well and serve.
