Braised Beans in Sauce

Prepare ingredients.

Wash the beans and break into small pieces, cut the green onion into pieces, and mince the garlic.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil in the wok, heat it to 60% heat, add the minced meat, sliced green onions, and garlic and fry them over high heat.

Then put the beans on high heat and fry for 1 minute to enlarge the sauce.

Stir-fry the soybean paste and stir-fry so that it is evenly hung on the beans. Put soy sauce and rice wine.

Add appropriate amount of hot water, turn to low heat and cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

Open the lid and put the salt on the heat to collect the juice.
Tips:
Miso and soy sauce have higher salt content, so you should put less salt.
