Braised Beef Brisket

Prepare ingredients and seasonings: sirloin, onion, carrot, ginger, garlic, shallots, dried chili, pepper, star anise, sanna, white kou, cinnamon, bay leaf, cumin, rock sugar;

Wash the sirloin and soak in clean water for about 30 minutes; change the water during the period;
