Braised Beef Brisket

Wash the sirloin and cut into small pieces.

Cut potatoes on a hob, put them in a pot, add salt and cook for later use

Pour clean water into the pot, add beef to a boil on high heat

Remove blood foam

Blanch the beef and remove

Pour oil in the pot, add spices and fry to get the fragrance, one tablespoon each of light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, and one tablespoon of cooking wine.

Simmer over low heat to color the beef.

Turn the pressure cooker and simmer for half an hour until cooked, add monosodium glutamate to taste.
