Braised Beef Brisket (homemade Version)
1.
Wash the fresh brisket you bought and drain!
2.
Cut into two finger-sized pieces!
3.
Add cooking wine to the pot under cold water, blanch the water for 5 minutes after boiling (the blanching is because most of the markets are filled with water, and blanching can remove excess blood)
4.
Pick up the blanched beef for later use!
5.
Prepare potatoes and carrots to be peeled and washed!
6.
Cut into suitable hob blocks for use!
7.
Wash the ginger slices/garlic granules/bay leaves/cinnamon bark/star anise/mountain/grass fruit and set aside!
8.
Add edible oil and cook for 50% heat. Add 2 teaspoons of white sugar and stir-fry to get the color of sugar.
9.
Add the prepared condiments and stir fry until fragrant!
10.
Pour the sirloin and stir fry together for color!
11.
Put in a spoonful of Pixian bean paste (stir fry the sirloin at the bottom of the pan and stir-fry with the sirloin)
12.
Pour in high-quality liquor (home cooking wine can also be used here) and continue to stir fry, the liquor can volatilize and take away the smell of sirloin!
13.
Pour the fuel and stir fry until fragrant!
14.
Pour soy sauce and stir fry!
15.
Add water, the millet is spicy, and the green onions!
16.
After the water is boiled, pour it into the pressure cooker and press for 20 minutes (you can also simmer in the pot directly). I use the pressure cooker to save time!
17.
After 20 minutes of simmering in the pressure cooker, pour out the pot and add potatoes and carrots!
18.
After simmering for 20 minutes, add salt, seasoning essence, and coriander to taste! Delicious and fruitful, serve out the pot!
