Braised Beef Brisket with Curry Potatoes

Peel and cut potatoes for later use

Cut the sirloin into small pieces, add water and ginger slices, cook for 20 minutes in a pressure cooker

Heat the pan, add the potatoes and stir fry, add the sirloin that has been cooked first, and put it into the pan

Add the sirloin sauce, oyster sauce, and curry sauce, and simmer for about 25 minutes with the soup of the sirloin.
