Braised Beef Brisket with Potatoes and Tomatoes

Beef brisket cut into small pieces

Marinate for a period of time with thirteen incense, cooking wine, soy sauce and monosodium glutamate

Potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, cut into small pieces, green onions, ginger, garlic as appropriate

Stir the scallion, ginger, and garlic until fragrant, pour in the marinated sirloin, stir-fry and change the color, add a small amount of water, cover the pot and simmer for 10 minutes, set aside

Add proper amount of oil to the pan, add potatoes and carrots and stir fry

Then add tomatoes

Stir-fry potatoes, carrots, and tomatoes, add the sirloin, add some soy sauce, add some water, cover the pot, and simmer over medium heat until the potato sirloin is rotten and the tomatoes melted.

Add salt and sprinkle with chopped green onion according to personal preference before starting the pan.
