Braised Beef Noodles
1.
1. First come with a collection of ingredients, and just prepare it accordingly. Remember, all the ingredients are left and right, probably just fine. Light soy sauce, dark soy sauce etc. depends on your preference.
2.
2. Cut the sirloin into small pieces. The size of the block depends on your preference, I cut it relatively large. Start the pot, cold water, add the meat, and boil the water. After the water is boiled, boil it down for a short time, and it will be out of the pot when it basically changes color. Then rinse the blood foam with water and wash it off.
3.
3. Then I used the pressure cooker directly to start the pot. Heat the pan with oil, add a handful of peppercorns when the oil is hot, stir until the aroma comes out, and then remove the peppercorns. I believe I must clean it. Add tempeh and stir fragrant, add garlic and ginger, stir.
4.
4. Then stir-fry the meat. Then pour a little cooking wine and stir fry to remove fishy.
5.
5. Then add hot water. How much depends on how much soup you want. If you want a wide soup, add more, and if it is rich, you can reduce it. Then all the solid ingredients are added. The amount of rock candy depends on whether you like sweetness.
6.
6. Add one by one, with a little fuel consumption, light soy sauce is used to increase freshness and saltiness, and dark soy sauce is used to color, so you will consider the amount. I added a large spoonful of it here, with a little more light soy sauce. I will also add a little fermented bean curd juice. (Is it a secret recipe? ⊙﹏⊙) I think it will add a frankincense fragrance. A little, just a spoonful.
7.
7. Then, just keep stewing. It’s about 30 minutes if there is a pressure cooker, and if there is nothing like me, it’s about 1 hour and 20 minutes. In the meantime, if the soup is gone, add boiling water and stew again. Then add salt when it comes out of the pot, an appropriate amount, and taste. It's kind of like witch soup. . .
Tips:
Please consider the amount of ingredients individually. Anything larger or smaller is fine, depending on your taste.
