Braised Beef Noodles

Wash the beef and cut into large pieces.

Soak in clean water for 30 minutes to remove pollutants.

Add cooking wine and ginger slices in water, add beef and boil, boil for about 10 minutes.

Remove the beef and rinse it well.

Dice the beef (slightly larger).

Wash dried chili and set aside.

Prepare spices (star anise, pepper, etc.) and slice ginger.

Heat the oil in the pot and add rock sugar.

Fry into syrup.

Fry the ginger slices and spices together to create a fragrance.

Pour the beef into the dry water.

Add soy sauce and water, simmer and cook until cooked.

Tips:
1. Beef is not easy to stew. If you want to stew faster, you can use a pressure cooker to stew.
2. Add enough water for the beef stew at one time. Adding later will affect the taste of the beef.
3. Add salt at the end. The beef should not be simmered if the salt is put in early.
4. Because beef fat will increase the accumulation of cholesterol and fat in the body, I did not use beef tallow but corn oil instead.
5. The beef that cannot be eaten temporarily can be divided into small portions, put in the refrigerator, and heated when needed.
