Braised Beef with Old Sauce

For the required ingredients, soak the beef tendon in cold water for half a day, then cut into pieces of cold water and boil for two or three minutes to force the bleeding.

Put all the auxiliary materials into the pot, and wrap the pepper and grass bandages with gauze.

Add the beef cubes, add some warm water and a bowl of old marinade.

Cover the pot and start to marinate the beef, and marinate for three hours. After the beef is cooked, soak the beef for several hours, remove and drain, and then slice it for consumption.
Tips:
1. Because the beef I marinated needs to be eaten by children, I marinated it for three hours. This can be adjusted according to my taste.
2. In the end, I still have to save a bowl of marinade, so I added some warm water, because the water will evaporate during the marinating process.
3. After marinating, soaking can be more delicious, and the old marinade after removing impurities can be stored in the refrigerator.
4. The first bowl of marinade is to use these seasonings to marinate beef, but the amount of seasoning can be slightly increased, and then stir a little more sugar to add color.
