The chewy beef jerky has always been my favorite. I usually have a handful of beef jerky when meeting with friends and watching TV. Let’s share the recipe of my beef jerky. It’s simple and delicious. The more you eat, the more addicted you are. Make beef jerky. It’s best to use low-fat and chewy back meat. It will taste the most delicious.

Spiced Curry Beef Jerky

1. A piece of beef ham that is ready to be washed in blood

2. Cut into finger-thick meat strips

3. Add ginger slices to the pot under cold water to blanch the bleeding water

4. Boil the pot for 5 minutes to froth, remove the beef

5. Wash the blanched beef with warm water

6. Prepare the ingredients for marinating beef

7. Rinse the dry ingredients with water

8. Pour the seasoning and grab it by hand

9. Put green onions and marinate for more than 6 hours, remember to turn several times in the middle

10. The marinated beef has turned red in sauce, so keep it dry

11. Prepare some five-spice curry powder and white sesame for seasoning

12. Pour the beef into the pot and add vegetable oil to it

13. Start a small fire to fry slowly, the big fire will scorch easily

14. As the oil temperature continues to rise, the beef will shrink and the internal tissues will become dry

15. Fry it, remove the oil control and pick out the green onion and ginger

16. Pour it back into the pot again and add the five-spice powder, curry powder, and white sesame seeds

17. Stir-fry over low heat and stir fry the sesame seeds until fragrant.
