Stir-fried Vegetables with Beef

Cut beef into strips, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, pepper and a little water to beat well, then add appropriate amount of starch, mix well and marinate.

Cut the shallots into strips, shred the ginger, and cut the garlic into slices.

Celery and radish are cut into strips and blanched.

Cut the lotus root into strips, wash the surface starch, blanch it in boiling water and rinse in cold water.

Tips:
Beef must be seasoned and beaten with water before adding starch radish, lotus root and celery.
