The autumn is high and fresh, the crabs are beautiful and fat, now is the time to eat crabs. If you are a foodie like me and have a picky tongue, then stop steaming the crabs and learn about my braised crabs!

Braised Big Crab

1. Pack the big crabs, I have the shadow of being caught by the big crabs, so I steamed them half-cooked first and then washed them. If you are a big god, you don’t need to follow me.

3. If you chop it, it will turn yellow, so it's fine. Don't steam it too well.
