Braised Bullfrog

The bullfrogs are peeled and washed, and placed in the refrigerator for 5 minutes. The purpose of refrigeration is to make the meat firmer.

Heat the pan to 5 minutes hot, add hot peppers, garlic, and ginger slices and stir fry.

Add soy sauce, cooking wine, salt and bullfrog and stir fry together

Stir-fry the bullfrogs for 10 minutes. After the bullfrogs are flavored, add cold water, rock sugar, red pepper, and scallions, simmer for 10 minutes, and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

Get the pot.
