Braised Carp

Wash the fish, add salt, and marinate for 15 minutes.

Heat up the pan with more oil.

Fry on one side, turn over and fry. When it's done frying, gently turn it over with a spatula.

Then add ginger, garlic and chili. Saute with salt for fragrant. Add soy sauce

Then put some water. Not too much.

When cooking fish, remember to turn it over.

When the cooking water is dry, beat the fish out

Then add scallions on the fish

Then drizzle the oil in the pan.
